June – September -Wednesdays 3:30 – 7:30 P.M. Druid Hill Farmers’ Market – Join us at the Conservatory on Wednesdays for a variety of local food and craft vendors, free yoga, activities for children, music and lots of other programming.

June 7  – Plants and People Sunday, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., “Ask a Master Gardener.” Find out how to keep your plants happy and thriving. A Master Gardener from the University of Maryland Extension Service will be on site to answer all of your gardening questions. Free, though a $5 per person donation is encouraged.

June 14 – Tour dem Parks, Hon18th annual recreational bike ride through Baltimore’s parks and neighborhoods, offering a close-up view of regional parks as well as some quietly tucked away gems. Participants choose from 4 routes: 5  miles, 14 miles, 25 miles or 35 miles. Tour dem Parks, Hon! is fully supported with rest stops and ends with a jazz barbecue in Druid Hill Park on the Conservatory’s grounds. Proceeds from Tour dem Parks supports Baltimore’s parks, as well as environmental, “friends of parks”, and cycling groups.  Registration required. 

June 21 –  Pride Festival in Druid Hill Park – TRAFFIC ADVISORY! Park roads in Druid Hill Park will be closed for the festival with paid parking. 

June 28 – Plants and People Sunday, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., “Science Demonstration.” Join Dr. Alan Stone for demonstrations and items on display. Explore the interconnections between plants, science, and even engineering. Explore the science behind the plants with Dr. Stone! Bring your curiosity to the conservatory, and discover the interconnection between plants and people in our everyday world.
