Traffic Advisory

AFRAM Festival returns to Druid Hill Park on Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Heavy traffic expected, with extremely limited parking available.

The Conservatory will be open regular hours (10 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and the The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore will operate on a slightly modified schedule (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.). The Druid Hill Pool will be closed on Saturday.

Please enter the park through Gwynns Falls Parkway for AFRAM or to visit the Conservatory. For the Zoo, please enter  at Liberty Heights. For ADA accessible parking, please enter the park through Sisson street. There will be limited parking available, and traffic restrictions in the park as well.

Parking is free but be advised, it will fill up quickly. Plan to arrive early or use public transportation.

There are a few things we must inform you of if you plan to attend the Festival on Saturday.

-No grills
-No glass
-No tents/umbrellas staked in the park

There will be cooling stations and restrooms placed throughout the event.

There will be food & retail vendors, a health village, children’s villages, and performers from Baltimore’s local talent.
