The Conservatory has reopened
, with COVID-19 precautions, including timed tickets to manage capacity. Online pre-registration is required for entry!

Poinsettias will be on display through January 3. Please note, poinsettia sales are ONLINE ONLY with pick up at Cylburn Arboretum Greenhouses this year. There will be no sales onsite at the Rawlings Conservatory due to the various restrictions caused by the pandemic. Order poinsettias here.

COVID-19 Protocols:

– Wear a mask! Masks that cover the mouth and nose are required to be worn at all times in the Conservatory’s indoor spaces (greenhouses, restrooms, etc.), for all visitors age 2 and up.
– Keep your distance! Please do your part and maintain a 6-foot distance from other guests.
– Follow the signs! Look for the arrows and footprints in the greenhouses for one-way and narrow paths, as well as reminders about physical distancing. 
– Practice good hygiene. Use our hand sanitizing stations.  

Arrival:

– Start your visit together. All guests included in your party must check in together. Please do not enter the line until all members of your party are present. 
– Arrive on time. You may enter the Conservatory during the 30-minute slot specified on your ticket. Please arrive during your designated reservation time, as early or late arrivals may not be accommodated.
– Check in. During check in, you will be asked to sign a waiver, complete a contactless temperature check, and apply hand sanitizer. 
– Enjoy your visit!

The gift shop is open! We have plants! CREDIT/DEBIT AND CHECKS STRONGLY PREFERRED. Cash will not be accepted at the front desk. Cash will be accepted for the donations box; however, exact change is required.
